Use this easy to maneuver brush, in a circular motion starting at your ankles, working your way up toward your heart.
Your brush strokes should go toward the center of your body. Use a clockwise, circular motion when brushing your stomach. The brush should be dry on dry skin, starting with soft brush strokes, and working up to stronger brush strokes. After you dry body brush, follow up with your shower and then an all natural body butter.
