Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
At Refinement House, we aim to process all orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. If you're outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.
