Return Policy

At Refinement House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at hello@refinementhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
